Daily News
My Spring Break was lots of fun! I went to Houston with my whole family to visit some friends. They have a big house with a pool, so we got to go swimming while we were there. We also went to a place called Kemah Boardwalk to eat and ride the rides. I got to pet and feed a stingray! For the rest of the week I did things around the house and played with my dog. I am ready to be back at school now.
Mis vacaciones de primavera fueron muy divertidas. Viajé a Houston para visitar a una amiga mia. Ella se acaba de mudar a una casa grande con alberca así que pudimos nadar en lo que estabamos ahí. También nos fuimos a un lugar que se llama Kemah donde comimos y nos montamos los “rides”. Luego ¡acaricié y le di de comer a una pastinaca! El resto de la semana hice cosas en la casa y jugué con mi perra. Estoy lista estar de vuelta a la escuela ahora.
Geometric Shapes
Think about all the geometric shapes there are: circles, squares, triangles, spheres, cubes, cones, pyramids. They are all around us all the time. What do you think might happen if there were no geometric shapes? How would things be different? Do you think you would like it?
